Case Study

The rehabilitation of Rey Cement Factory was accomplished by DIBA Group. One of the oldest factories in Iran and the first cement production line in the country, turning into the museum of industry and culture/art centre. In this project, Bloosh was responsible for the design of re-used and customized furniture. The interactive table for the museum of industry in Rey cement factory provides a central spot to display selected items of the factory as well as presenting digital data to the visitors. The interactive piece is designed to encourage visitors to stay for a while, get information and discuss it further. Exhibition Design is about turning information into entertainment. Shapes, colours and proportions of the piece belong to the space, yet with a more modern and current look.
